Due to Covid-19 Pandemic - ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. To ensure safety of both our team and our customers at this time we are not accepting any returns or exchanges.  

All Closures And Frontals Are FINAL SALE. Once your closure has been dyed, installed, or tampered with in any kind of way, Luscious Hair is not responsible. We will not replace your closure. With proper maintenance and upkeep, closures and frontals can be reused.

What is the Turnaround Time? All orders are processed with 48 - 72 hours. Due to Covid-19 all orders are being shipped in 14 business days or longer. Once an order is processed no changes can be made. 

What shipping methods are used? All orders are shipped USPS and the delivery time is 2-3 days once the order is processed. All orders with an order over the amount of $250 will be sent UPS and will require a signature. Once order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. To ensure you receive tracking information you must include email address when placing order.  Only UPS orders are insured. 

How are local pickup orders processed? All local pickup orders are processed with 3-5 business days. Once processed customer will receive a confirmation email. All local pickup orders are twice a month on Saturday ONLY. Please do not select local pickup expecting same day or next day pickup. ID must be available at pickup.
